The password must meet the following requirements:
1. Must have a minimum length of: Standard users - 8 characters, Enhanced users - 12 characters.
2.Must contain 3 of the following 4: (Uppercase, Lowercase, Number, Symbol).
3. Must not be the same as your username.
4. Must not exceed 50 characters.
